Delivery charges

Delivery is 6,90 euros per delivery in Finland.

International orders

For international orders, please send us an email regarding your intended purchase and we will send you a quote.

Minimum orders for fabric

Minimum order is 1 m per pattern.

Lead times for orders

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be sent out.

Samples

Samples can be ordered of all the fabrics. Cost per sample is 2 euros plus postage.

Returns, Refunds and Faulty fabric

All the fabric is printed to order so we cannot offer a refund unless it’s faulty. We recommend getting samples so you can experience the colour, pattern, and texture before you purchase our fabrics. All fabric must be inspected before cutting. No cut fabric will be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. 

Ready made items

You have right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order. Email us studio at pennala.com to state your cancellation clearly. We only accept returns if the items are unused, in their original packaging, and packed well to sent us back. All postages for returns items are paid by customer.

Ater cancellation, send the items back to us as soon as possible, within 14 days.

Colours

We will do our best to get the colours of the fabrics look in the pictures as they are in our studio. However, the colour you see in your screen might not be exactly the same as in the fabric.
